Day, Tuesday, February 14th the French-Vietnamese restaurant is offering a special menu that will make sparks fly!
Guests can enjoy a three course dinner of savory authentic Vietnamese cuisine created by Executive Chef Chan Le. The $65 per person menu (excluding tax, gratuity and beverages), includes an amuse bouche, appetizer, entrée and ends with exquisite desserts exclusively prepared to enjoy with the one you love!
Menu selections will include appetizers such as Suon Nuong, charcoal baby-back ribs with lemongrass; Ca Song, tuna tartare with tomato, basil, and cucumber, tossed in ginger soy dressing and served with wonton crisps; and Goi Bo, cold, spicy beef salad with chili, lemongrass, basil, and chili lime soy dressing. Sate, sautéed diced filet mignon with sate spice, yams, and string beans; Ca Nuong La Chuoi, grilled trout with oyster mushrooms, dried mushrooms, and cellophane noodles served steamed in a banana leaf with curry sauce; Tom Xao Sate, sautéed
jumbo shrimp and asparagus, in a light sauce of sate spice, chili, and garlic;
and Sup Do Bien bouillabaisse of coconut saffron broth, lobster, mussels, shrimp,
scallops, and whitefish, with vermicelli noodles and aromatic herbs.
